The MP-M360 is a fully automatic melting point apparatus built around precise temperature control. Detection is automatic and the melting curve is drawn in real time, so the melting point and melting range of a sample are read from the curve instead of judged by eye.
Melting point determination is used in chemical and pharmaceutical research and in quality control of crystalline materials, including selected food ingredients, fragrances and dyes.

The MP-M360 is the curve-based model: real-time melting curve and results on a 10.1-inch screen, with ±0.2 °C repeatability. The MP-V360 adds a 720P camera and live video of the capillary, and tightens repeatability to ±0.1 °C.
Four samples per batch, filled to 3–5 mm, with 0.01 °C resolution and heating rates from 0.1 to 20 °C/min up to 360 °C. Up to 400 results are stored on the instrument.
Data export is over USB, and a Bluetooth printer is supported. In a GMP environment, decide up front whether the printed output or the USB export is the controlled record, because that choice drives your data-integrity procedure.
