The range is 0.1–250 mg of water with 0.1 mg resolution, reported in mg, mg/L, percent or ppm. The practical ppm limit depends on sample size: with a 5 g sample, 0.1 mg of water corresponds to about 20 ppm.
Volumetric titration suits samples with appreciable water content — solvents, oils, food and pharmaceutical excipients in the 0.1–250 mg range. Coulometric titration is the better fit at trace levels below roughly 50 ppm. The KE-01 is a volumetric instrument.
100 methods, 100 user accounts and 10,000 stored data sets, with USB export. The specified repeatability is ≤0.5% and the indication error ≤5% — quote those two figures when you validate the method.
