IT-400U is a split beam spectrophotometer in the IT Series, with a wavelength range of 190-1100 nm and a wavelength repeatability of ≤0.1 nm.

- Socket-type deuterium and tungsten lamps support lamp switching without optical realignment, and the lamps are easy to replace.
