Common selection questions

Confirm requirements with our team before the final order.

What does the preset method library cover?

The W9000 ships with more than 50 built-in methods for common water and wastewater parameters, and the platform adds wavelength scanning for anything not in the library. Confirm the specific parameters you report against your local standard before the unit is ordered — method equivalence is a regulatory question, not a hardware one.

Is the W9000 suitable for field sampling?

It is a bench platform with an 11-inch touchscreen, so it stays in the laboratory. The portable multi-parameter analyzer — the MIS1000 with its rechargeable battery and built-in printer — is the field option. Labs that do both usually pair the two: screening on site, confirmation on the bench.

How do results reach our records?

Cloud connectivity, e-mail, SMS, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are all supported alongside local export. Laboratories that keep paper records print at the bench; those running a LIMS use the network path. Decide which before installation, because the network settings are easiest to agree with IT up front.
